These Terms & Conditions govern your use of avonbookpublisher.com and any services you engage Avon Book Publisher to provide. By using this website or commissioning work from us, you accept these terms.

Services

Avon Book Publisher provides ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, formatting, illustration, cover design, audiobook production, printing, publishing and marketing services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for your project are set out in the written quote or agreement we issue before work begins.

Quotes and Payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Projects normally begin on receipt of the agreed deposit.
• Remaining payments follow the milestone schedule in your agreement.
• Fees are quoted per project; no charge is added that was not agreed in writing.

Revisions

Each service includes the revision rounds stated in your agreement. Revisions cover refinements to work already delivered. A substantial change of direction, genre or scope is treated as new work and quoted separately.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your source material. On final payment, all rights in the deliverables we create for you transfer to you, including the right to publish under your own name. We do not claim authorship credit or royalties unless expressly agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat your manuscript, ideas and business information as confidential and share them only with the team members working on your project.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate source material, responding to review requests within the agreed timeframes, and ensuring that content you supply does not infringe anyone else's rights. Delays in feedback may move delivery dates accordingly.

Refunds and Cancellation

You may cancel a project in writing at any time. Work completed up to the cancellation date is payable; any balance held against uncompleted milestones is refunded. Refund eligibility for completed deliverables is set out in your individual agreement.

Results and Warranties

We deliver our services with professional skill and care. We do not guarantee any particular sales volume, ranking, review count or commercial outcome, as these depend on market factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any project is limited to the fees you have paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Third-Party Platforms

Where we publish or advertise on your behalf through Amazon KDP or other platforms, those platforms' own terms apply. We are not responsible for their decisions, policy changes or service interruptions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you engage us applies to your project.
